MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Alicia Mingo!

I have dedicated my career to supporting families through life’s most meaningful moments as a nurse, doula, and certified breastfeeding specialist. I am committed to providing education, support, compassion, hugs, love, and prayer to every family I have the privilege to serve. My greatest fulfillment comes from helping mothers find their voice, recognize their joy, and embrace the power to love themselves and their families unconditionally.

Hey, I'm Justiss Tyner!

I am a dedicated public health professional passionate about women’s health and health equity. My journey began with early “girl talk” conversations that sparked a desire to understand and address the gaps in women’s health knowledge. With experience in clinical care, community health, epidemiology, and maternal mental health research, I bring both hands-on and data-driven perspectives to my work. Now serving as a Public Health Technician and pursuing my Doctorate in Public Health, I’m committed to improving reproductive health outcomes and empowering the communities that shaped me.

“When we nurture mothers, fathers, and families, we strengthen the entire community.”
